Your satisfaction is very important to us. You have 30 days to fall in love with your pieces. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, please follow the guidelines below.
Return & Exchange Policy
Once inspected, we accept returns or exchanges on merchandise in its original, unused condition within 30 days. Please include all original documentation received with purchase for a refund or credit, less shipping costs.
We do not accept returns after 30 days.
Perfumes can only be returned or exchanged if they are sealed, unopened, unused, and received within 30 days of purchase.
All sales are final on customized pieces, special orders, items damaged in return freight, and discounted items. This includes items purchased with a discount code (excluding VIP welcome code).
Roset reserves the right to deny unreasonable returns or exchanges.
Repairs
We will make reasonable repairs on brand new purchased items for up to 1 year after the date of purchase. In addition to our in-store warranty, specific product warranties are outlined by brand under Brand Warranty.
Watch Batteries: We offer this service; however, Roset does not assume liability for damaged watches or crystals. The customer proceeds at their own risk.

Please include your invoice number. For your protection, use a well-padded box or envelope and a traceable carrier. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
